Application for the 2007/2008 Programs

Application for acceptance into the MIAS programs is in three Parts: 

• Part I (Personal Information)

• Part II (Pre-registration)

• Part III (Documents)

Parts I and II can be submitted on-line, whereas Part III must be downloaded/printed, filled out and sent by registered airmail. If you prefer, you may download/print all three parts of the application forms and submit them by registered airmail.
